Il Forum riunirà artisti e creatori che avranno proposto riflessioni che saranno poi discusse nell'ambito degli atelier/Problems of the independent artistic creation will be the subject of a meeting in Italy, in Bari, which will gather creators from various disciplines, cultural operators, responsibles of alternative spaces of creation. The Forum will gather artists and creators which had proposed observations which will be discussed in the atelier.

INCONTRO La mobilità degli artisti/Artist mobility by GAI - Associazione Circuito Giovani Artisti Italiani - Luigi Ratclif (Italy) - Fiorenzo Alfieri (Italy) - Erminia Sciacchitano (Italy) - Patrice Bonaffé (France) - Marijke Jansen (Pay Bas) - Nicola Mullenger (Pay Bas) - I principali protagonisti di programmi internazionali daranno vita ad una discussione sugli strumenti di sostegno e promozione della mobilità dei giovani artisti nel mondo. Il dibattito vuole essere un'occasione per mettere a confronto le varie esperienze e incentivare relazioni e punti di contatto partendo dalle istanze degli operatori del settore e dei nuovi talenti/The main protagonists of international programs will give life to a discussion on tools for supporting and promoting the mobility of young artists all over the world. The debate would be an opportunity to compare various experiences and to enhance relations and contacts starting from the issues of operators of this field and of new talented people.

LABORATORIO Art Shakes the Politics for Extending the Borders of Freedom BY Municipality of Messina - Il workshop di visual art aveva l'obiettivo di favorire l'incontro tra giovani di diversi paesi del Mediterraneo e la conoscenza dei patrimoni culturali e degli elementi innovativi dei paesi di provenienza. Un workshop inteso come un percorso sperimentale il cui tema, Kairos, ha ispirato i 15 giovani autori partecipanti a produrre esclusivi ed elaborati libri d'arte./The aim of the visual-art workshop was to encourage young people from different Mediterranean countries to meet and learn about different cultural heritages and innovative features of other participants' countries. The workshop was very much an experimental journey with a theme, Kairos, that inspired fifteen young participants to produce art books

L'avvento della modernità ha segnato il declino del Mediterraneo da un punto di vista geopolitico e culturale. Nel corso del XXI sec. questo mare e le sue popolazioni sono state messe in secondo piano. Ora è tempo che il Mediterraneo faccia ricucire le proprie ferite e si rilanci come protagonista/The coming of the modernity has determined the decline of the Mediterranean by the geopolitical and cultural point of view. During the 21st century this sea and its populations have been put aside. Now it's time for the Mediterranean to mend its injuries and to be reintroduced as a protagonist.
